• 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs, ensuring unit program compliance with laws and regulations.
• Serves as the group unit training manager responsible for identifying, managing, and implementing training and professional development programs.
• Serves as the organizational alternate point of contact for military administration.
• Assists the commander/director in managing executive and administrative support program functions and related clerical work.
• Develops, updates, and maintains structured office procedures and official records for compliant operation.
