Job summary

Guidehouse in Arlington, VA is seeking a Management Analyst to support a Department of State directorate with domestic budget and data analysis to enhance facilities management.

You will maintain CMMS databases, dashboards, and site data, ensure timely follow-up on SOWs, and drive process improvements. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in operations or cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Five years’ experience with at least three years in: program operations, organizational analysis, records management analysis, space utilization studies, budget analysis, and/or cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the organizational database and CMMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and real time dashboards for leadership.
• Monitor outstanding action items and SOW requirements to ensure timely follow up and compliance.
• Analyze building related procedures to identify issues, propose process improvements, and drive resolution.
• Configure and deploy CMMS site setups, manage Maximo site transitions, and validate site data from Archibus prior to Maximo deployment.
• Provide ad hoc and administrative support and special project support as needed.
