Job summary

Austin Industrial (NUTR) is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Augusta, GA to enhance plant reliability by planning, coordinating, and maintaining major spares and mechanical assets. You will develop asset databases, manage spares, and forecast budgets to support capital projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate work orders, coordinating with maintenance, operations, and engineering, and driving continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an equipment/asset database to manage Major Spares.
• Maintain the Major Spares project structure in Oracle EAM.
• Document repair status updates, previous repair dates, in-depth repair scope and repair vendor details.
• Provide spend analysis and reporting for spares; forecast spend to align with 5-year budgeting plan.
• Plan Capital Spare and Mechanical work orders for routine work, outages, and turnarounds; review work orders for proper scope and information.
• Discuss work orders with maintenance and operations to fully define the scope of work; consult with engineering/safety as needed.
