Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Maintenance Scheduler to lead proactive scheduling for vaccine bulk manufacturing, filling, lyophilization, packaging, and utilities. You will coordinate with planners and supervisors to minimize downtime, publish schedules, and track KPIs while upholding GMP, safety, and environmental standards.

The role requires 3 years in manufacturing or project coordination, proficiency with CMMS/SAP/Excel, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or project management, coordination or planning.
• Highly organized and analytical with strong communication.
• Proficient with CMMS/Excel/SAP or equivalents.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather scheduling inputs with planners, supervisors, and schedulers.
• Align work-ready requests with equipment availability and labor; plan 1–4 weeks ahead.
• Create schedules for planned shutdowns and standard work.
• Publish final schedules, generate KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize work based on compliance, due dates, and business needs.
• Request additional labor as needed and perform CMMS administration.
• Support audits and training on GMP, safety and environment.
