Job summary

A leading manufacturing organization is looking for an Integrated Maintenance Project Manager in Florence, Colorado. This role focuses on managing change projects for manufacturing processes within the plant. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in plant maintenance, particularly in management systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, and Lean manufacturing is preferred, along with outstanding communication and presentation skills. The position includes diverse responsibilities aimed at promoting safety and continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in plant maintenance, preferably in heavy industry management systems.
• Project management experience and knowledge in Lean manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Good presentation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project team members in strategy development and communication.
• Motivate stakeholders to overcome barriers to change.
