Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Engineering degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of maintenance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and screen all work order requests to ensure their work scope is clearly described.
• Create work orders for approved requests and refer questions for approval.
• Obtain blueprints, drawings and manuals to clarify work orders.
• Estimate costs for each work order including labor, materials and total costs.
• Ensure safety needs are given top priority in work planning.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment.
