Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Maintenance Operations Specialist to drive planning, management, and execution of preventive maintenance activities. You will use the ERP/CMMS to standardize data, schedule tasks, and support continuous improvement by addressing gaps and opportunities in maintenance management.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance, experience with CMMS/JDE or SAP, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/Industrial Maintenance experience, 3+ years.
• Experience with Ball Systems including Maintenance software (CMMS) or ERP (JDE, SAP).
• Ability to learn JD Edwards maintenance system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report maintenance activities using CMMS/ERP.
• Review daily work orders and notify responsible personnel of deficiencies.
• Run daily preventive maintenance compliance reports and escalate noncompliance.
• Standardize P1 Notifications for easier future searches.
• Prioritize P1 Notifications with management and update as needed.
• Update work order texts to support risk assessment and provide info to EHS manager.
