Job summary

Harbinger, an American EV company, seeks a Maintenance Planner & MRO Coordinator to bridge maintenance execution, inventory management, and procurement. You will manage CMMS, oversee tool crib operations, and administer spare parts procurement and budgets to ensure parts availability and minimal downtime across our facility.

You will work with maintenance technicians to identify required parts from manuals and schematics, using SAP PM/Maximo/Fiix and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance, MRO, or plant engineering.
• Strong ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with CMMS and ERP procurement/inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Track, schedule, and follow up on PM and corrective work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee tool crib operations, maintain spare parts inventory, and conduct cycle counts.
• Create purchase requisitions and monitor the maintenance budget.
