Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA INC is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Wisconsin to own a three-year preventative maintenance schedule and coordinate with Brewing and Production leadership. The role focuses on proactive planning, parts inventory, and PM task alignment with OEMs, in a facility producing beer and beverages.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance or production planning, strong mechanical skills, ERP experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning or general maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings/technical specs.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine a 3-year preventative maintenance schedule with leadership.
• Generate work orders, assemble work packs with permits, parts, and instructions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and align PM tasks with OEM recommendations.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in maintenance activities.
• Coordinate external vendors and contracted work, including downtime support.
