Job summary

This posting describes a Maintenance Planner role aligned with a global building automation and industrial technology leader. The position emphasizes managing complex maintenance plans in the Amrize MMS, keeping master data accurate, and aligning activities with predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.

You will add critical details to work orders for clarity and traceability across teams. Additionally, you will estimate costs for parts and supplies per work order and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of required experience or at least 8 years of equivalent experience with HS Diploma / GED.
• 5 years of required work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Adherence to Amrize PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of more complex and larger scale plans in the Amrize Maintenance Management System (MMS).
• Responsible for the accuracy and continuous updating of maintenance master data within the MMS.
• Ensure the equipment maintenance strategy for predictive and preventative maintenance is realized in the maintenance plan.
• Add pertinent information to work orders to facilitate the comprehension of the execution team.
• Determine the cost involved for parts and supplies for each work order and ensure accurate communication to maintenance management.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 5 years minimum experience or 8 years equivalent with HS Diploma / GED

5 years of required work experience

Safety protocols adherence and PPE usage
