Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a global technology client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. The role focuses on implementing complex maintenance plans within the Amrize Maintenance Management System (MMS) and ensuring data quality for all CMMS records.

You will oversee maintenance strategies, work orders, and parts costing, collaborating with a skilled team to keep facilities running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of required work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement more complex and larger scale plans in the Amrize MMS.
• Maintain accuracy and update maintenance master data in MMS.
• Ensure equipment maintenance strategy for predictive and preventative maintenance is realized.
• Add pertinent information to work orders to aid the execution team.
• Determine the cost for parts and supplies for each work order and communicate to maintenance management.
