Turner Industries is seeking a Maintenance Cost Specialist to join our Project Controls Team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will focus on cost and schedule analysis to aid decision making, ensuring project budgets are met. You may work across maintenance, turnarounds, and small capital projects.

You will apply strong analytical skills, knowledge of cost accounting, and experience with JD Edwards/SAP. The role requires independent work and collaboration with client teams in a safety‑conscious

Qualifications

• 2+ years cost control/analyst experience in industrial maintenance or outages
• 4+ years cost specialist experience or BS in related fields
• Strong cost accounting, forecasting and numerical accuracy
• Proficient in JD Edwards and basic SAP/TRACK usage
• Read/write English and effective communication with teams

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cost, general and cost accounting; conduct audits and submit cost reports
• Collaborate with project management to explain cost variances and impact on budgets
