Archer, in partnership with Planet Technologies, seeks a seasoned M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to guide enterprise clients through adoption and digital transformation. You will design and execute OCM strategies, engage executives and end users, and deliver measurable change outcomes within Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management or adoption experience.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train and persuade.
• Ability to engage with executives, end users, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with user research and post-implementation reviews.
• Proactive problem solving and process improvement mindset.
• OCM projects tied to Microsoft 365; GCC High / Copilot experience a plus.
• Prosci or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead OCM activities: vision discovery, kickoff, scope analysis, interviews, surveys.
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
• Strategize communications and training; build champion networks.
• Educate stakeholders to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Measure success and adjust plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop change management plans and share knowledge across teams.
• Guide junior consultants and ensure alignment with project objectives.
