Responsibilities

• Drive M&A and VC strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and due-diligence for deals, assessing strategic fit and value.
• Manage cross-functional teams through diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration planning.
• Build strong relationships with target executives and continuously scan markets for opportunities.
• Prepare acquisition proposals, validate financial models, and present recommendations to executives.
