Job summary

ESP Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Transformation in the Greater Houston Area.

This leadership role drives mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and enterprise transformation initiatives from evaluation through strategic execution, working closely with executives to realize value and growth. You will build financial models, run diligence, develop integration roadmaps, and present findings to the board, leveraging deep finance experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced credentials preferred.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory Services, or Strategic Finance.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading multiple completed M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis skills.
• Experience supporting post-merger integration and value-creation initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and divestiture activities.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, investment cases, and transaction recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and identify strategic, operational, and financial risks and opportunities.
• Manage transaction timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution activities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and target company evaluations.
• Prepare executive- and board-level presentation materials and recommendations.
