Job summary

Armanino is a leading national accounting and advisory firm delivering financial due diligence and transaction advisory services. This position supports buy-side and sell-side engagements, prepares quality of earnings analyses, and collaborates with managers to deliver precise financial assessments for complex transactions.

Ideal candidates have a BS in accounting or finance, 2+ years in public accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in public accounting and/or operational accounting roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in financial due diligence with tax and advisory diligence.
• Prepare QOE reports and balance sheet reviews with working capital analysis.
• Prepare financial statements for acquisitions, carve-outs, and restatements.
• Assist with buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity.
• Analyze data to identify trends, earnings quality, and liabilities affecting valuation.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports on earnings, budgets, and indebtedness.
• Lead and manage projects, coordinating with clients and team members.
• Mentor staff and provide timely feedback and training.
