Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a senior corporate development professional to drive high-impact due diligence and strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to source M&A opportunities, build robust business cases, and translate value drivers into integration plans.

You will develop detailed financial models, including waterfalls and scenarios, to support executive decision-making and lead junior staff through the M&A lifecycle. U.S. citizenship is required due to facility security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Experience building complex financial models, including waterfalls and forecasts.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact business diligence and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development.
• Develop prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline using deep market insight and analytical rigor.
• Build detailed waterfall models and forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities and translate value drivers into integration plans.
• Lead and mentor junior team members across the M&A lifecycle.
