Squarespace is seeking a Corporate Development Manager for our New York City headquarters on a hybrid schedule. You will partner across the organization to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities, building financial models and performing due diligence throughout deal sourcing.

The role requires 6+ years in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development, with deep SaaS KPIs and strong executive presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience with technology or SaaS business models and KPIs (ARR, bookings, ARPU, LTV/CAC).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to present complex analysis clearly to executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industries, businesses, and opportunities using strategic and financial frameworks.
• Lead transaction execution with cross-functional teams to develop insights.
• Build financial models and apply valuation methodologies for acquisitions.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategy and growth opportunities.
