Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, project finance, finance, private equity, infrastructure investing, renewable energy development, or M&A.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or CFA asset is welcome.
• Strong financial modeling and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investment analysis and financial modeling to support opportunities and transactions.
• M&A evaluation, bid evaluation, due diligence coordination, and transaction documentation.
• Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, including internal proposals and market analyses.
