Position Summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a results-oriented Senior Director, Integration Management Office (IMO) to lead acquisition integrations and enterprise transformation initiatives. This leader is accountable for translating acquisition objectives into executable plans that accelerate value realization, reduce execution risk, protect business continuity, and drive organizational alignment.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead enterprise integration delivery; establish governance; manage risks and dependencies; drive executive alignment; support talent integration; protect customer and operational continuity; and build ACI's long-term integration capability.

Lead Enterprise Integration Execution

• Lead acquisition integrations from signing through stabilization.
• Drive cross-functional execution across business and corporate functions.
• Ensure integration priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned to acquisition objectives.
• Proactively manage dependencies and remove barriers to execution.

Establish and Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO)

• Build and manage the integration governance framework.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, and reporting.
• Create visibility and accountability across all workstreams.
• Implement scalable tools, processes, and operating rhythms.
• Develop repeatable integration playbooks and best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve processes.

Drive Executive Alignment and Decision Making

• Partner with executive sponsors and workstream leaders to resolve critical issues.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across functions.
• Escalate risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver concise executive updates and dashboards.

Accelerate Value Realization

• Track progress against acquisition goals and synergy targets.
• Coordinate initiatives that drive business value.
• Identify and address obstacles to value realization.
• Provide transparency into integration outcomes and performance.

Manage Enterprise Risks

• Lead RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines or business performance.
• Monitor critical-path activities and escalation needs.
• Drive timely issue resolution across workstreams.

Protect Customers and Business Operations

• Minimize disruption to customers, employees, and operations.
• Support business continuity throughout the integration process.
• Monitor organizational readiness and transition effectiveness.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction and revenue stability.

Support Organizational Integration

• Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational transition activities.
• Support leadership alignment, communications, and change management efforts.
• Facilitate successful integration of teams, processes, and ways of working.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
