Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to act as a subject matter expert across integration, separation, divestiture, carve-out, and partner initiatives. You will develop integration strategies, governance, operating models, and execution plans with business leaders, executives, and vendors to achieve strategic objectives and successful outcomes.

You will guide organizational readiness, manage risks, and advance enterprise integration standards while mentoring teams and driving value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience, or 11+ years in PM, BA, process improvement, finance, operations, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience leading large multi-million-dollar projects and complex programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of integration management, governance, and organizational change.
• Proven experience communicating with senior/executive audiences and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex integration, separation, divestiture, carve-out, and vendor initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and execution plans with executives and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive value realization, KPIs, and post-integration performance evaluations.
• Mentor teams and advance standards, frameworks, and continuous improvement.
