Job summary

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to guide executive decision-making through strategic finance leadership. The role focuses on M&A analysis, market sizing, pricing analytics, and long-range planning to support growth across the US and international markets.

You will build robust financial models, evaluate acquisition targets, and drive budgeting processes while partnering with leadership to optimize value creation and post-close integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy; PE-backed and SaaS experience preferred.
• Expert financial modelling skills including M&A (LBO, DCF), SaaS metrics, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving strategic initiatives such as market expansion, M&A, and long-range planning.
• Own end-to-end M&A analysis including target screening, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and post-close integration tracking.
• Develop comprehensive market sizing frameworks and investment theses for new product introductions and R&D allocation decisions.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting go-to-market decisions, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analysis.
• Lead pricing strategy analytics and participate in annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts.
