Job summary

GHX seeks a senior finance leader to partner with the CEO and executive team in a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS environment. You will drive strategic initiatives across corporate strategy, M&A, pricing, and R&D investment to enable the company’s growth agenda.

You will own long-range planning, build robust financial models (DCF, LBO), and develop TAM/SAM/SOM frameworks. You will lead pricing analytics, manage budgets, and report to the Board and PE sponsor with clear, actionable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy experience.
• Experience in a PE-backed company preferred.
• Strong Excel and FP&A tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary financial partner to the CEO on strategic initiatives and long-range planning.
• Lead end-to-end M&A analysis including financial modeling and due diligence support.
• Develop TAM/SAM/SOM frameworks and investment theses for new products/R&D allocation.
• Own pricing analytics including monetization options, price elasticity, and packaging structures.
• Construct and maintain dynamic financial models for go-to-market decisions and LTV/CAC analysis.
• Translate investments into IRR/NPV and scenario analyses for the board and PE sponsor.
• Assist in annual budgets and monthly reforecasts across bookings, revenue, OPEX, and capex.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting to Board and PE sponsor.
• Communicate financials and strategic recommendations to CFO/CEO and senior leadership.
