Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in business development, corporate development, or M&A leadership.
Proven record of leading complex transactions and integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategy focused on acquisitions, partnerships, and new markets.
Lead all phases of the M&A lifecycle: identification, due diligence, negotiation, integration.
Provide market, financial, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
Collaborate with CEO and private equity sponsor to meet objectives.
