Job summary

BD’s Corporate Development team drives growth through acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. The Manager Corporate Development supports the end-to-end M&A process, developing investment theses, building operating models, and leading due diligence with leadership and external advisors.

A strong finance background and five years of experience enable successful deal execution and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance or accounting; MBA preferred
• Five years of financial modeling experience in IB, corporate finance, or corporate development/M&A
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience leading due diligence and transaction structuring
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and external advisors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop investment theses with business unit leadership
• Create operating models and stress test key assumptions
• Build financial models (DCF, LBO, merger consequences)
• Lead due diligence planning and execution
• Identify deal risks and devise solutions
• Manage deal teams including external advisors
• Collaborate with functions to enhance transactional processes
• Support M&A strategy with industry and competitive research
