Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Strong financial statement analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments.
Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal execution.
Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities.
Support special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives.
