Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong financial statement analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal execution.
• Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Support special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives.

Corporate Development Analyst
Salary: Up to $110,000 + bonus
Hybrid schedule – Norwalk, CT
