Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Develop detailed financial models including business plan development, valuation analyses, scenario modeling, and return assessments.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and briefing materials for Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
• Assist in due diligence processes, including data analysis and coordination with cross-functional partners.
• Track milestones and maintain organized workstreams across the transaction lifecycle.
