Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations to support daily cash operations, month-end close, and cash flow reporting. You will help build models, forecast liquidity, and prepare analyses for senior management.

In a multinational setting, you will collaborate with Treasury, IT, banks, and vendors; manage access, reconcile accounts, and contribute to process improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash operations, including cash positioning, reporting and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash and liquidity.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly cash analysis reports for senior management.
