Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience conducting consumer, market, and competitive research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• 1–3 years of experience in PE, IB, or corporate strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential acquisition and investment opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and growth areas.
• Maintain and update target pipelines and screening databases.
• Draft presentations and briefing materials for Executive Leadership Team.
• Support due diligence and data room activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and track milestones.
