Job summary

Ridgepost Capital is seeking an Analyst, M&A and Strategy to support evaluation and execution of inorganic growth, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships. You will report to the Director, M&A and Strategy and interact with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment banking or Corporate Development.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities; familiarity with financial databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for targets and internal planning.
• Analyze transaction structures, valuation drivers, earnouts and financing.
• Prepare analyses including accretion/dilution and comparables.
• Support due diligence and synthesize data into insights.
