Job summary

Everything But the House (EBTH) seeks a Merchandising Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to strategically allocate inventory across multiple sales channels while preserving the unique identity of each auction event. This role collaborates with marketing leadership to prevent overlap and maximize value.

You will curate specialty sales, craft compelling sale narratives, and drive visual assets, collaborating with sellers and internal teams to maintain luxury standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience in merchandising/marketing or related field.
• High-level knowledge of luxury houses, vintage eras, and market trends in fashion and jewelry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in merchandising and/or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Strategically allocate inventory to appropriate sales and maintain unique identities for each auction.
• Monitor inventory flow with Sr. Director of Marketing to avoid overlapping sales.
• Concept and curate specialty "Single Seller" and boutique sales with cohesive narratives.
