Job summary

Hamilton Jewelers seeks a Luxury Merchandising Associate to manage inventory metrics and prepare vendor sales plans, while maintaining strong supplier relationships across fine jewelry and watches.

You will partner with merchandising, marketing, inventory office, and store managers to execute strategic plans, plan open-to-buys, monitor performance, and ensure compelling visual presentation in stores and online.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management metrics such as GMROI, turns, and gross margin percentage.
• Experience building vendor relationships and coordinating with merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow up on special orders with suppliers.
• Enter purchase orders with proper descriptions and costs.
• Update website products and content.
• Plan open-to-buys and budgets for supervisor approval.
• Develop strategic and creative direction for assigned categories.
• Review product transfers, RTVs, and closeouts monthly.
