Qualifications

• Knowledge of antiques, artwork, collectibles and unique items with ability to access value.
• Ability to move / lift up to 30 lbs
• Proven ability to work with photographers and editors to ensure accurate item representation.
• Comfort with flexible hours including nights and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform item research using web resources, reference materials and expert contacts.
• Assess the potential sale value of an item.
• Manage and sort inventory to maximize value for sellers.
• Assemble items into saleable lots or groupings.
• Tag attributes like maker, condition and measurements.
• Ensure disclaimers are present on items requiring terms.
• Minimize returns with accurate item identification.
• Collaborate with Editing Department for quality improvements.
• Work with teammates to meet KPIs.
