Job summary

PetPals Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to support LTL freight and FOB sales programs. You will maintain and grow existing customer accounts, develop new opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

The role is based in Ontario, CA onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, about 15% travel, and a compensation package featuring a base salary plus commissions. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined experience in sales, sales support, or account management.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Experience with LTL freight or FOB sales, and ERP/OMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with high service levels.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate LTL freight and FOB program activities with internal teams.
