PetPals Group Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Account Coordinator to grow existing customer relationships and develop new business in LTL freight and FOB programs.

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, manage pricing, and support revenue growth across North American retailers and ecommerce partners. The role requires strong sales and account management skills, plus experience with logistics coordination and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience managing existing accounts and growing new business.
• Experience preparing quotations, pricing proposals and reports.
• Experience with LTL freight or logistics coordination.
• Experience with FOB purchasing programs or import operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while developing new opportunities.
• Support sales processes from prospecting through ongoing account management.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate LTL freight and FOB sales activities with internal teams.
• Present to customers and participate in trade shows and visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Accounting.
