Job summary
East Penn Manufacturing Co. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst to join a high‑visibility team focused on improving safety, quality, service, productivity and cost performance across a large supply chain network.
You will support Transportation and Distribution teams, work cross‑functionally, and report to the VP, influencing strategic decisions with data-driven insights and rigorous analytics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years business experience, with at least 2 years in an analytical role
- Working knowledge of supply chain planning & execution systems (WMS, YMS, TMS, MRP, DRP, network/inventory/routing design) preferred
- Bachelor's degree (logistics, supply chain, accounting or IT systems major preferred)
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize business pain points via stakeholder interviews and evaluations
- Build business cases with ROI & IRR with process owners
- Design dashboards and performance metrics for supply chain
- Support transportation, distribution and inventory planning
- Coordinate projects and ensure smooth hand-offs to owners
- Assist in all projects on an ongoing basis
