Cardinal Health is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to drive the end-to-end architectural strategy for modernizing our tech stack, including SAP BRIM, Salesforce, and Java/.NET microservices, with Google Cloud for analytics.

You will translate complex business processes into scalable designs, influence executive decisions, and mentor teams while aligning technology investments with business goals across healthcare logistics and retail freight-pay platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8-15+ years of tech experience, with 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and ERP integrations (SAP BRIM, Salesforce).
• Proficient in microservices (Java/.NET) and event-driven patterns.
• Cloud expertise, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong data & analytics knowledge (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau/Looker).
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.

• Develop and own the end-to-end architectural vision and strategy.
• Simplify and present complex architectural concepts to executives.
• Design and evolve the modern technology landscape across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET, Java, and GCP.
• Architect scalable integrations with healthcare partners' ERPs and pharmacy systems.
• Provide governance, quality assurance, and mentorship to project teams.
• Champion automation, modernization, and reduction of technical debt.
• Collaborate with product owners and enterprise architects to translate strategy into designs.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows.
