Cardinal Health seeks a visionary Solution Architect to guide a major technology modernization, bridging SAP BRIM, Salesforce, and Java/.NET with Google Cloud analytics. You will translate business needs into scalable architectural roadmaps, influence senior leaders, and steward a transition from legacy systems to a modern, AI-enabled platform across healthcare logistics and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 8-15+ years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in solution architecture or similar roles.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformations, including SAP BRIM and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong cloud expertise, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deep understanding of data/analytics platforms (BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, Looker).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience guiding senior stakeholders toward a unified architectural vision.
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture framework experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end-to-end architectural vision aligned with business goals.
• Executive Communication: Present architectural concepts and roadmaps to executives, securing buy-in.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of a modern technology landscape across SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET and Java, plus GCP data platforms.
• Customer & Partner Integration: Architect scalable integrations with healthcare partners' ERPs and pharmacy systems.
• Technical Governance: Act as the primary technical authority, guiding teams and ensuring quality.
• Innovation & Modernization: Drive automation, process optimization, and debt reduction through architecture decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product owners, tech leads, and enterprise architects to translate strategy into design.
• Business Process Insights: Understand end-to-end processes and data flows to guide solution design.
• Adoption of AI: Identify high-value AI use cases and integrate scalable AI-enabled solutions.
