Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a visionary Solution Architect to lead the end‑to‑end architectural vision for a high‑growth logistics and analytics portfolio. You will align business goals with modern tech, drive transformation from legacy .NET/Java services to SAP BRIM, Salesforce, and GCP, and influence executives with clear, strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 8-15+ years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in solution architecture roles.
• Experience with large-scale transformations, mergers & acquisitions, and integrating enterprise platforms like SAP BRIM and Salesforce.
• Cloud experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP); AWS/Azure also valuable.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end architectural vision and strategy.
• Present architecture roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead design and evolution of modern technology landscape, integrating SAP BRIM, Salesforce, .NET, Java and GCP.
• Architect robust integrations enabling healthcare partners to connect ERPs and systems with retail offerings.
• Provide technical governance and mentorship to project teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and reduce technical debt through architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering to translate business strategy into designs.
• Develop deep understanding of end-to-end data flows to assess impacts across applications.
• Drive AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases and scalable AI-enabled solutions.
