Job summary

Actus Consulting Group seeks an experienced Sales Manager in Dallas to expand non-Japanese customer base across all logistics segments. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate cross-branch efforts to win multi-regional opportunities.

The role requires strong industry knowledge, a wide professional network in Texas, and the ability to travel frequently to cover the state and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Strong knowledge of air freight and ocean freight services.
• Working knowledge of customs brokerage, domestic transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
• Ability to travel throughout Texas and other U.S. locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and acquire new non-Japanese-owned customers in TX and surrounding areas.
• Develop business across air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing and related services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to proposals, quotations, and implementation.
• Share opportunities with other branches and overseas affiliates.
