Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, international trade, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in multinationals or international firms.
• Familiar with leading North American logistics suppliers and warehouse rental trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management in cross-cultural environments.
• Proficient with logistics management systems and ERP/WMS/OMS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Manage DTC fulfillment and B2B orders from supermarkets.
• Settle logistics costs with providers and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain provider relationships; secure competitive warehousing quotes.
• Lead partner management with 3PLs, brokers, and logistics partners.
• Conduct monthly market research on warehouse rents and pricing in the US.
• Summarize operational data, delivery times, cargo volumes; optimize services.
• Continuously improve logistics processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve end-to-end workflow issues; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Perform other duties to support logistics and operations.
