Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain majors.
• 5–7 years of experience in planning, purchasing, logistics or manufacturing of high volume consumer products.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and managerial experience.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify program improvement opportunities for implementation.
• Implement strategy for best practices to differentiate Customer programs and drive satisfaction; create timelines for implementation.
• Investigate and analyze risks and provide implementation solutions.
• Prepare internal communications and presentations on performance metrics, program updates, and information.
• Manage supply of logistics-related data to support engineering, supply, and maintenance activities.
• Consult with clients to understand distribution networks and determine resources required.
• Negotiate with supply sources to meet technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business development, field support and customer service to handle complaints and maintain long-term relationships.
• Manage other supply chain projects as required.
