Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500 global flooring leader, seeks a Manager Supply Chain - Logistics Assets in Georgia to oversee the fleet asset lifecycle and procurement process. This role drives cost-efficient acquisition, deployment, and disposal of trucks and trailers, aligning with safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead budget planning, vehicle spec standardization with senior leadership, and manage relationships with leasing providers and OEMs while ensuring compliant procurement

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Budget Management: Develop and monitor the annual fleet procurement budget to align with business objectives.
• Vehicle Specification Development: Lead development and standardization of vehicle specifications with leadership, fleet management, operations, and safety teams.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strategic relationships with leasing providers, OEMs, upfitters, and key suppliers and monitor performance.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for vehicle leases, purchases, and fleet services with leasing companies and OEMs.
• Procurement Compliance: Ensure fleet procurement activities comply with policies, controls, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Fleet Life Cycle Management: Direct the complete fleet asset life cycle from acquisition to disposal and long-term strategy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze fleet utilization and costs; lead quarterly performance reviews for data-driven decisions.
