Responsibilities

• Dispatch/Driver Management: ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations; manage DOT compliance including drug/alcohol testing, logs, inspections, certificates, licensing and violations; coordinate with drivers and customers to optimize revenue and satisfy needs.
• Generating rates and customer service: provide rate quotes, coordinate deliveries, stay familiar with zone rates.
• US Customs and Equipment Compliance: track equipment, maintain codes for imports/exports, ensure compliance with customs requirements.
• Reconciliation: update load/manifest statuses, resolve discrepancies.
