Responsibilities

• Build and match planned freight to drivers and trucks.
• Coordinate trainers and trainees' hours and home time in training environments.
• Review PTAs and driver time-off requests in planning loads.
• Schedule work and assign tasks to drivers.
• Track drivers, loads and receivers to ensure dispatching stays on plan.
• Coordinate backhauls to meet customer needs and keep freight moving.
