Strong Excel/PowerPoint and Smartsheet experience are required. The role requires collaboration with management and MOBIS Korea SCM to ensure timely approvals and data integrity, while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of Commercial Planning experience required.
• 1 to 3 years of Project Management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a logistics-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation bids and RFP data collection.
• Facilitate contract drafts and internal approvals for timely execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects and track progress using Smartsheet.
• Publish executive-level reports and project roll-ups with status and risks.
