• Serve as primary liaison between clients and drivers, communicating shipment requirements and updates.
• Oversee fleet performance including on-time pickups, routing needs, and hours of service compliance.
• Handle daily accounting for trucks and drivers and maximize utilization.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide timely shipment information and invoices.
