Job summary

Trimont, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leading global commercial real estate loan services provider. Senior Associate, Transaction & Processing (New Loan Servicing) analyzes loan agreements, configuring servicing requirements and establishing procedures to support effective loan administration.

This role requires strong loan servicing expertise, a focus on process improvement and compliance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in CRE, loan servicing, or financial services.
• Knowledge of CRE transactions and adjustable-rate mortgage loans.
• Ability to analyze complex loan documents and implement loan terms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new loan and investor onboarding, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Review loan documents and oversee accurate setup within the servicing system.
• Manage workflow assignments, shared mailboxes, and cross-functional communications.
• Partner with vendors and offshore teams to resolve exceptions and operational issues.
• Support process improvements, procedure development, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
