C&O Sales seeks a detail-oriented Lighting Quotations Specialist to prepare accurate, competitive quotes for electrical distributors and contractors. You will combine technical product knowledge with strategic pricing and collaborate with sales, controls, and manufacturer partners to help secure projects.

You will review requests, perform lighting takeoffs, develop BOMs, and ensure bids meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read lighting plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for takeoffs and measurements.
• Experience using Oasis or similar quoting software.

Responsabilités

• Review quote requests and maintain project records in Oasis.
• Perform lighting takeoffs and develop bill of materials.
• Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and bid teams.
• Meet bid deadlines and communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Track bids and document outcomes and feedback.
• Review awarded orders and handoff to order entry.
• Stay updated on manufacturer products, pricing, and market trends.
